Customers agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order:

Images may differ from what is displayed. A stock photo is used in some cases. 

Internet orders are subject to credit card verification and are processed in 1 - 3 days, this processing time does not include shipping days. All orders are subject to availability and limited to stock on hand. Pre-order items will ship when available and unless requested other items on that order that are in stock may be held till pre-order items ships. In some cases quantity ordered may be limited or reduced. 

There are no cash, check or credit card refunds. In some cases a refund may be issued if error/problem is due to Comic Relief Inc

Gift cards are sold on the website in different value increments. The card contains value which may be used to purchase goods with the exception of other cards. The gift card may not be redeemed for cash and the unused value remains on the card. We are not responsible for the lost, stolen or damaged gift card or any unauthorized use. For card balances got to: www.mercury-gift.com and enter the entire number listed on the back of your card including the dash and 5 digits following. PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to apply your gift card to a purchase online, at checkout there will be a Gift Card section, enter the 19 digit number BUT DO NOT ENTER the Dash and the 5 numbers following.

To be fair to all customers and allow all customers the opportunity to read new comics.  We will limit the release of new comics for the first month to one per customer.  Please do not try and by pass the system by making multiple order, this will only result in cancellation of extra orders and the potential of initial order also being cancelled. 

 

Our Same Day Local Delivery Policy

 

Comic Book Relief is introducing a beta Same Day Local Delivery to your home or business.  We will initially offer this service to 63301 and 63303 zip codes.  We will frequently re-examine these and see if changes are needed or can be made. 

To request Same Day Local Delivery: Please place an order on the website or request local delivery thru email(shipping@comicbookrelief.com), over the phone (636)940-1244 before 4 pm central time.  Currently we expect deliveries to be made by 8pm. If placing on website, please use same day delivery option.

You can order from website, email(shipping@comicbookrelief.com), over the phone (636)940-1244.  Thru this service you can also get your pull box delivered, or other special request of in stock items. Credit card info will need to be provided prior to local delivery.

Once we assign the delivery after 4 pm, you will receive information on how to track your order.  We will attempt to knock on door to hand product directly to customer.  In the event that we are unable to hand to customer, we will leave package at door and provide a proof of delivery photo.  In the event of bad weather, we will do our best to protect the order from the elements if we have to leave at door.  However, we will not be responsible for damage, theft, or loss of order if left at door.  If you do not want left at door in event you are not home, you can request do not leave at door.  We will attempt the delivery, but if you’re not there we will take back to store, you will still be charged for delivery.

In some situation if very bad weather, i.e. snowing, icy roads, extreme rain, or tornadoes warnings we will not be able to do same day delivery to ensure the safety of our drivers.  In most situations our drivers will be employees.  In some cases, we may use third party delivery services.

Please be advised that all sales placed through this website are final, as are all in-store orders.
